The Dinosaur Company Event Space Rental

Looking for a different venue? Plan your next event with The Dinosaur Company. We are a world renown animatronic company based in Allen, Texas with a 2,900 square foot event space and a 50,000 square foot warehouse full with hundreds of dinosaurs. Dinosaurs aren't just for children! Our animatronics are loved by all and extremely awesome.

Our event space can be used for birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events, family reunions, private events, etc. Our rental package includes 5 hours of space rental time, tables, chairs, existing furniture, 2 animatronic dinosaurs in the event space, and the dino corral in our warehouse available to your guests to interact with! (Dino corral includes 2 medium-sized moving dinosaurs and a static photo-op. A guide is stationed to inform guests about the dinosaurs, animatronics, and to help take pictures.)

Rental rates are based on the day. Below are the available days and times:

$1,500: Monday - Thursday (5 PM - 10 PM)
$1,500: Friday (5 PM - 12 AM)
$2,000: Saturday - Sunday (10 AM - 12 AM)

Cleaning fee is $250 but $100 is refunded upon removal of food/trash/debris. Food/drink/catering can be brought in but everything a vendor brings must be taken with them.

5 hours of event rental time includes time to set up and take down. Generally, you would want to spend one hour to set up and the final hour to clean up.

Additional services:

  • Feel free to bring your own food/drink or hire a caterer. For $250, take advantage of our on-site event coordinator! Leave all the planning to us! We can contact vendors on your behalf to save you time and save you from the stress!

  • Need more dinosaurs and entertainment? Speak to a representative by having a private tour around the warehouse! Our event private tours are about 15 - 30 minutes and include an informational walking tour around the factory, a photo opportunity, and can accommodate up to 25 people at one time. A great source of entertainment for your guests! (This cost can be added in or deferred onto the guests.)

  • Tablecloths are not included but black tablecloths can be contracted from us for $20 per piece

  • Additional space rental for setup or take down available for $100 per hour
