The Dinosaur Company Event Space Rental

Looking for a different venue? Plan your next event with The Dinosaur Company. We are a world renown animatronic company based in Allen, Texas with a 2,900 square foot event space and a 50,000 square foot warehouse full with hundreds of dinosaurs. Dinosaurs aren't just for children! Our animatronics are loved by all and extremely awesome.

Our event space can be used for birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events, family reunions, private events, etc. Our rental price starts at $200 an hour and includes tables, chairs, existing furniture, and of course, 2 animatronic dinosaurs to party with you!

Events on Saturday/Sunday is an additional $100 per hour. Cleaning fee is $250 but $100 is refunded upon removal of food/trash/debris. Food/drink/catering can be brought in but everything a vendor brings must be taken with them.

Additional services:

  • Feel free to bring your own food/drink or hire a caterer. For $250, take advantage of our on-site event coordinator! Leave all the planning to us! We can contact vendors on your behalf to save you time and save you from the stress!

  • We also have a TABC certified bartender that can pour drinks (beer and wine) at your event for $30 an hour. (Mixed drinks $45 an hour - limit 3 "menu items" of alcoholic cocktails. $12 an hour charge for each additional cocktail menu item.)

  • Want a more "Dino-mite" experience? We can set up a "Meet-n-greet Dino Corral" for your guests to visit at their leisure for that up close and personal look at our dinosaurs. (Subject to availability.) We include 2 moving medium animatronics and a photo-op for $75 an hour.

  • Need more dinosaurs and entertainment? Speak to a representative by having a private tour around the warehouse! Our event private tours are about 30 minutes and include an informational walking tour around the factory, a photo opportunity, and can accommodate up to 25 people at one time. A great source of entertainment for your guests! (This cost can be added in or deferred onto the guests.)

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable, but you may transfer to an alternate date. Cancellations and changes must me made in writing.
